Tools menu commands

 

The Tools menu contains commands to select cursors and perform utility functions. The following commands are available

Pointer

This command sets the mouse to use the pointer cursor. The pointer cursor is used to select and drag items. 

 

This command is only available in the Plot View.

Lat./Long.

This command sets the mouse to use the grid cursor. Use this cursor to measure the latitude and longitude of points in the Plot View, or to measure direction and distance between points in the Plot View.

 

This command is only available in the Plot View.

Grab hand

This command sets the mouse to grab the view and pan it.

 

This command is only available in the Plot View.

Sort

 

Opens the Sort menu to temporarily or permanently reorder the deeds. 

 

This command is only available in the Table View.
