Printing Your Work

Each of DeedMapper's three views (Plot View, Text View, and Table View) can be printed. The types of printouts available for each view are listed below. When you select the File Print command you will be presented with a dialog box appropriate to the current view. Click on a view type below to get information about that view's print dialog box.

You can use the Print Preview button on the Print dialog box to get an idea of what the result will look like prior to printing. The dialog box also allows you to customize your printer settings such as page orientation and margins. These settings can have a strong effect on the appearance of the printed page.

Plot View Printing

• Single page printout

• Single page printout with abstracting info about the selected parcel

• Single page printout combining the Plot View and Text View

• Multi-page printout

Text View Printing

• Single page printout

• Multi-page printout

• Multi-page printout on individual sheets

Table View Printing

• The whole Table View is printed
