Print dialog (File menu), for Table View

Page Settings – Pressing the Settings button will bring up the Windows Print Setup dialog box which will allow you to specify page orientation, size, and page margins. 

Fit columns on 1 page – If checked, the printout is scaled so that all columns fill the width of the printed page.  (In many cases you may get the best result if you set the Page Settings to use a Landscape orientation.)

Print Range - By default you will get a printout of the entire Table View.

Print Preview – This button brings up the Windows Print Preview window that shows what the printed page will look like.
