Displaying information on parcels

Display menu commands

The Display menu allows you to select among several types of information for display in the Plot View. This command is only available in the Plot View.

Some of the choices cause information to be shown on every selected parcel, while others work only on the unselected parcels. By accessing the Display menu several times and making different selections you can display several types of information at once. Checkmarks appear next to the currently selected display options.

Placement of the text is automatic but you can change the placement and orientation of all text other than Corner and Line descriptions.

The following commands are available:

Clear All		Removes all Display information from the view
Disable		Temporarily turns off the display information on unselected parcels
Owners		Displays the owners of each parcel in the center of each parcel
Item numbers		Displays DeedMapper’s "Item Number" in the center of each parcel
IDs		Displays the deed’s ID value in the center of each parcel
Labels		Displays the deed’s Label value in the center of each parcel
Corner descriptions		Displays the description of each corner around the selected parcel’s perimeter
Line descriptions		Displays the description of each survey line around the selected parcel’s perimeter
Center text		Displays the specified value (Owner, Item Number, ID, Label, or calculated area)
